On April 24, 2024, Wrap Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) received notice from Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. (“RRBB P.A.”) that it had resigned as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm, effective immediately.

The Company is currently interviewing replacement candidates to serve as its independent registered public accounting firm. The Company expects to make a final selection soon.

If the BolaWrap was only deployed 3 times it leads me to believe almost all the officers didn’t want to take the time to be trained

Only Officers Trained by ETS May Use the BolaWrap

1. Seattle’s police department purchased it.

2. They found it ineffective.

3. They stopped using it.


You can talk about sample size all you want, fact is this thing should be ADDING big cities, and they just LOST one that had been using their product. That is horrific news.

The man appears to move toward the other two cops, at which point the second officer to arrive uses his Bolawrap, which makes a sound similar to a gunshot, but within a split second the final cop on scene fires two shots at the man and the man falls to the ground.
Seems in the best interest of Seattle to have this as a “failed” deployment.
