Vornado agrees to sell Tysons Dulles complex for $152.8M (Vornado Realty Trust)

        SAN FRANCISCO (Thomson Financial) - Vornado Realty Trust said Thursday it
has agreed to sell its 482,000-square-foot Tysons Dulles Plaza office building
complex in Tysons Corner, Va., for $152.8 million.
    The buyer was not disclosed.
    Paramus, N.J.-based Vornado said its gain on the sale will be around $56
million.
    The deal is expected to close in second quarter.
    Shares of Vornado fell 3 cents to $94.66.
